Information for groups visiting the event 'Magical Christmas Moments' in Bruges

1) Admission

Groups under 30 persons : € 11,00 p.p. (pre-booking acquired by e-mail – consult reservation procedure)
Groups over 30 persons : € 10,00 p.p.(pre-booking acquired by e-mail – consult reservation procedure)
Children under 12 are admitted free of charge

2) Reservation procedure for groups

Ticket reservation should be done by e-mail : info@happenings.be before the 5th of November 2010

After reservation by e-mail, you will receive a confirmation letter (group voucher) with your reservation code. Please mention this code on all future communication.

3) Payment

After reception of the group voucher, you pay the total amount by bank transfer on our bank account (account number and IBAN details are mentioned on the voucher).

If you want to pay by VISA, you should mention your VISA details by reservation so that we can make the transfer for you.

4) Collection of tickets

On the day of your visit, the reserved tickets will be available for the group coach at the GROUP DESK. You will receive your tickets in exchange for the voucher and your payment certificate.

5) Changes

Any change in your reservation should be done by e-mail before the 14th of November 2010 and is only definite after our 'written' confirmation (fax or e-mail). No reserved tickets will be refunded.

6) Catering facilities

Catering facilities are present at the event's location. For special catering arrangements (coffee with pastry, warm lunch,...) you can contact us for more information and prices.

7) Extras

With their entrance ticket,  visitors of the Christmas Event can take advantage of a discount in the musea in Bruges (discount valid untill the end of the year).

8) Practical information

The Flower Event 'Magical Christmas Moments' is open every day from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. from thursday 25 november until thursday 2 december 2010.

Address: Site 'Oud Sint Jan' – street 'Zonnekemeers' or 'Mariastraat' - 8000 Bruges (city center)
You can park at the railway station of Bruges and then follow the signs to 'Oud Sint-Jan' ( 5 minute walk).

Busses can deboard passangers at the entrance of Old Saint John's (street 'Zonnekemeers') and then park on the special parking lot for busses at the railway station.
